Bravo. Great discussion.
Peter, I'm impressed with your forsight in creating this online forum so far in advance. This hawaiiconcon.org can have all major issues for discussion easily ready for the delegates and finetuned by the mid 2010, therefore the ConCon can be even more efficient, straight to the point, shorter, and therefore also less expensive.
And as for E-democracy if implemented state wide, nation wide, it might be the cure for US/Hawaiian democracy I'm looking and hope for and could do so much to eliminate the shameful high number in Hawaii for example of 64% nonvoting registered voters in the last election 2006.
