This week we have a very hot topic related to Della’s question of the week #5 as it relates to addressing Hawaii’s energy needs. Can a ConCon help? Please join this extremely important discussion and give us your input.
I hope you’re all enjoying the onset of the summer season. It’s extremely rewarding to see how the HawaiiConCon.org community is maturing. We’re at 150 members strong and growing. New videos have been posted including a KGMB interview with Lt. Gov. Aiona about ConCon.
Our members continue to push the envelope. In the first week of June, members Jimmy, JK, Al, and Curtis once made history by being the first group to make electronic revisions to the Constitution itself, specifically Article X, which relates to Education. Check out the proposed changes on wiki pages where you can even click on “history” to see the edits that occurred.
Do you like the idea of polls? Why don’t you create a few? It’s easy! Ask member Al Beeman who created polls relating to referendum, marriage definition, and education. Create your poll using Vizu.com, then make a blog post on HawaiiConCon.org, paste the poll in it, and tag your blog with the word “poll” and people will be able to access it right off the home page.
If you haven’t paid a visit lately, check out our home page where lots of lively discussions are going on about campaign contributions, empowering counties, and initiative/referendum/recall. Join us! Hawaii’s future is at stake and it takes citizens LIKE YOU to get involved.
