Educate the VOTE, not the Yea/Nay of Con Con

Con Con: Yes or No, Just Vote

My union (HSTA) is recommending we educators vote NO on Con Con, but I’m not writing about that recommendation.

I’m mainly concerned that so many citizens don’t know what a Constitutional Convention is.

Of those who do, many don’t know what one might look like—what the process would be.

And there is broad confusion about issues that might be usefully addressed through a citizens’ caucus like Con Con.

Whoever said politics was not rough and tumble? I learned a lot from last night's debate; but more importantly, I hope people were listening and that there was enough presented (by both sides) that will help people make an informed decision. :)

Autonomy advocates are free spirited, and we are not part of organized movements. I wish I could rouse the tens of thousands, but that is not in our nature.
