HOW MAY A CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION EFFECT THE ISSUES OF TRANSPORTATION TO AND WITHIN THE STATE OF HAWAII?

HAWAII IS IN ONE OF THE MOST REMOTE LOCATIONS ON THE PLANET. WHAT EFFECT WILL HAVING OR NOT HAVING A CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION HAVE ON THE ISSUE OF TRANSPORTATION TO THE STATE OF HAWAII OR TRANSPORTATION WITHIN THE STATE OF HAWAII?

Thank you for your adding to the Transportation Group on HawaiiConCon.org discussion group.

Great question and recomendation.

You're proposal is well taken, we need to think outside of the pineapple and see our State as a great resource and create open opportunitites within our state for launching innovation corporations within our boarders in a business friendly environment. A Free Trade Zone would help to accomplish this thru collaboration and cooperation with the State and Federal Government, working with the Business communities for enterprise development and expansion.

I know Representative Chang is supportive of business, I will introduce this idea to him for his office's evaluation.

We could also dove-tail it with UH Hilo System to link it to initatives which will be of mutual synergy and benefit to the Education and Business sectors, a win-win enterprise.

We need assistance from the Judiciary to assist us with the court and ceded lands issues, who wants to start a Judiciary Group on our site.
