Legislative exempting themselves from any laws

Want to see what the response will be to this proposal.

The Legislative shall not have the authority to exempt themselves from any laws or regulations they have or will enact.

Believe it should go in Article III, probably a new section.

I was hoping this would be about the Hawaii Constition, not taken over with comments about the Iraq war or Al Qaeda.
